Ownership of your work
Nobody here works on isolated tickets. Whoever takes on a feature drives it from idea to production — from the database schema and API to the UI and deployment. You see the real impact of your work with real users.
Openness
We build on open-source tools (QGIS, GDAL, GeoServer, PostGIS) and open data, and we share what we know — internally without reservation, publicly through our blog. Communication is direct: good ideas count the same no matter who they come from.
Flexibility
Remote work and flexible hours are a given — what matters is the result, not hours at a screen. We organise work around deliverables, not meetings.
Learning and growth
The stack is modern (Python, FastAPI, Angular, Docker, cloud) and covers the whole cycle — from spatial data processing to web and mobile applications. You work with mentorship and exposure to projects in Croatia and abroad.
